How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to complete a medical consultation with one of our partner physicians before your first order can be processed. Once approved, you can place orders directly through our website.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes, you'll need to create an account to place orders. This allows us to maintain your medical records, prescription history, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your account also provides access to order tracking and reordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor. We do not accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, or cash payments at this time.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Do I need a prescription for peptides?

Yes, all peptides sold by Homebody require a valid prescription from a licensed physician. This ensures your safety and compliance with federal regulations. We partner with licensed telemedicine physicians who can evaluate your eligibility.

How do I get a prescription?

During checkout, you'll complete a medical intake form. One of our partner physicians will review your information and medical history. If approved, they'll issue a prescription that allows you to purchase peptides. The consultation fee is included in your first order.

Can I use my own doctor's prescription?

Yes, if you already have a prescription from your personal physician, you can upload it during checkout. The prescription must be current, include the specific peptide name and dosage, and be from a licensed U.S. physician.

How long is my prescription valid?

Prescriptions are typically valid for 6-12 months, depending on the peptide and your physician's recommendation. You'll receive a reminder when your prescription is about to expire, and you can schedule a follow-up consultation to renew it.

What makes your peptides "research-grade"?

Our peptides are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities following cGMP standards. Each batch undergoes third-party testing for purity (≥98%), sterility, and potency. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) for every product, ensuring pharmaceutical-grade quality.

Are your peptides safe?

When used as directed under medical supervision, our peptides are safe. All products are tested for contaminants, endotoxins, and purity. However, peptides are powerful compounds and should only be used with proper medical guidance and monitoring.

Can I see the lab testing results?

Yes, we provide Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all products. Each COA includes HPLC purity testing, mass spectrometry results, and sterility testing. You can request the COA for your specific batch by contacting our support team with your order number.

What is the shelf life of your peptides?

Lyophilized (powder) peptides have a shelf life of 2-3 years when stored properly in the refrigerator. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be used within 30-60 days. Always check the expiration date on your vial and follow proper storage guidelines.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of prescription approval. We offer 2-day express shipping with temperature-controlled packaging to ensure your peptides arrive in optimal condition. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping of prescription peptides involves complex regulations that vary by country. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

How are peptides packaged for shipping?

All peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain proper temperature during transit. Lyophilized peptides can tolerate brief temperature fluctuations, but we take every precaution to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What if my package arrives damaged or warm?

If your package arrives damaged or the ice packs are completely melted, contact us immediately at info@homebodylabs.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost. Lyophilized peptides can tolerate brief temperature exposure, but we want to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Storage & Usage

How should I store my peptides?

Do you provide reconstitution instructions?

Yes, each order includes detailed reconstitution and dosing instructions specific to your peptide. Your prescribing physician will also provide guidance on proper administration. We recommend using bacteriostatic water for reconstitution.

Can I travel with my peptides?

Yes, but you must maintain proper temperature control. Use an insulated cooler with ice packs. For air travel, keep peptides in your carry-on luggage with your prescription documentation. TSA allows medically necessary liquids over 3.4oz when properly declared.

What supplies do I need?

You'll need bacteriostatic water for reconstitution, insulin syringes (typically 0.3ml or 0.5ml with 29-31 gauge needles), alcohol swabs, and a sharps container for safe disposal. Some peptides may require additional supplies - your physician will provide a complete list.
