Email us at info@homebodylabs.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged or defective.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an RA number.
Securely package the unopened product in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the outside of the box. Ship using a trackable method to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
